We’re proud to share that our Co-Founder and Managing Director, Darren Cadger, has been awarded a Certificate of Recognition with Distinction from Robert Gordon University (RGU) in Aberdeen.

The award, presented by the Aberdeen Business School, acknowledges Darren’s contribution as an Industry Partner – supporting a range of initiatives that bring education and business closer together. From mentoring and student placements to hands-on business projects, Darren’s involvement has helped give students a genuine glimpse into the fast-paced world of agency marketing.

“It’s been a privilege to support the next generation of marketers,” Darren said.
“The students we’ve worked with so far have brought real energy and creative thinking to our work. It’s great to see how these partnerships can inspire future careers – and we’re just getting started.”

Bridging Education and Industry

At Arch 35, we believe that universities and businesses should work hand-in-hand – not only to prepare students for life after graduation, but to bring fresh perspectives into real-world work. Our growing relationship with RGU has shown just how valuable this connection can be, and we’re committed to continuing that momentum.

Whether through structured placements or short-term marketing projects, we’re proud to offer students opportunities that go beyond the classroom and give them something real to build on.

A Milestone in Our First Year

This recognition comes as Arch 35 Marketing approaches the halfway point in its first year of business. From our Ellon base, we’ve grown rapidly – partnering with businesses across Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire on SEO, content, social media, and marketing strategy. The RGU award is a welcome reminder that impact isn’t just measured by clients and campaigns, but also by the contributions we make to the wider community.

We’d like to thank RGU for the honour, and we’re excited to keep supporting their students in the months and years ahead.
